Shipping Policy

At Savor & Smoke, we carefully pack every order to make sure your hot sauce arrives safely.

We currently ship orders within the Netherlands and the EU.

Standard shipping within the Netherlands costs €6.95 per order. 

Standard shipping within the EU costs €12.95 per order.

Orders containing 5 or more bottles qualify for free standard shipping.

Delivery

Orders are normally processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation and, where available, tracking information.

Delivery times may occasionally be affected by the carrier or circumstances beyond our control. If there is a significant delay, we will do our best to keep you informed.

Delivery address

Please make sure that your delivery address is correct when placing your order. Savor & Smoke is not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible at info@savorandsmoke.nl. Please include your order number and, where possible, photographs of the product and packaging.

We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate solution in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.
